1 · Tell us the shape of the trip
Dates, group size and what matters most — dragons, diving, villages, or all three. One message is enough to start; there is no form and no office hours to wait for.

2 · Receive the draft
Within 24 hours a planner sends a day-by-day itinerary with an itemised quote: boats, vehicles, lodges, permits and park fees, each on its own line. Two or three matched vessels where a charter is involved.

3 · Refine, then confirm
We adjust until it is right. A deposit then holds the boat, and we arrange the dated park tickets, transfers and provisioning. You arrive in Labuan Bajo with nothing left to organise.
Payment terms — the deposit amount, the balance date and the cancellation window — are stated in writing on your quote before anything is due. They vary by vessel and season, so we do not publish a single set of figures that would be wrong for most bookings.

None of these is required to start — but each one removes a round trip.
Party size and shape
How many adults, any children, and whether you want the boat to yourselves. Group size moves the per-person figure more than anything except boat class.
Diving certifications
Levels and rough logged-dive counts, if diving is part of it. It decides which sites are on the table and which need a different week.
Dietary notes
Sent at planning rather than on board. The chef provisions in Labuan Bajo the morning you sail, so this needs to reach them before that.
Who you are actually talking to
One planner, start to finish. Not a shared inbox, not a ticket number, and not a different person each time the thread goes quiet for a week.
Because the fleet is operated rather than resold, that planner can do things an agent cannot: hold a boat for 24 hours while you decide, swap a vessel when the forecast argues for it, and put your dietary notes in front of the chef directly.
