Who we actually are
Flores Luxury is part of Juara Holding Group, and every voyage on this site is operated with our sister company Komodo Luxury — one group, one standard, one line of accountability.
Search for luxury in Flores and you will find pages of budget boats wearing the word. We are the other thing: a company that owns its ships, employs its crews and builds each journey around the people on board.
That single fact changes everything downstream. We can hold a boat for 24 hours while you decide, swap a vessel when the forecast argues for it, and put a chef aboard who already has your dietary notes from the planning thread. An agency reselling a hull it has never boarded cannot do any of that.

On land

Both at once
Sea-and-land combinations are our signature format. One operator plans both halves, so the handover between boat and car happens on time.
How the standard is held
Crews are employed rather than contracted for the season — captains, guides and chefs who work the same waters all year, not freelancers assembled the night before departure.
Navigation equipment, life equipment and tenders are checked before each sailing. Weather and route calls are made centrally across the fleet rather than boat by boat under commercial pressure.
Beyond the nine owned hulls, a separately vetted network of more than 200 partner boats covers dates and group sizes the fleet cannot. Partner vessels are always labelled as partner vessels on your quote.
