Four routes, one to nine nights
Komodo National Park, one to three nights: Padar at sunrise, dragons on Rinca, Pink Beach and Manta Point. The first voyage most guests take.
The north Flores coast, three to five nights: empty anchorages, the islet-scattered water off Riung, flying foxes at dusk. Repeat guests choose this one.
East to Alor, five to nine nights: Maumere Bay, the Pantar Strait's reef walls, villages far off the tourist map. For divers and expedition-minded travellers.
The Lombok crossing, three to four nights: Moyo and Satonda en route, with Komodo on the final days.

What two nights actually look like
The standard Komodo voyage, sequenced so you reach each place before the fleet does.

Day one
Board mid-morning. Kelor Island's walk-up viewpoint, dragon trekking with a ranger on Rinca, then sunset at anchor as thousands of flying foxes lift off Kalong.

Day two
The Padar ridge at first light, before the day fleet arrives. A swim at Pink Beach, drifting with reef mantas at Manta Point, and the Taka Makassar sandbar.

Day three
A last unhurried morning under sail, a final swim, and disembark in Labuan Bajo before noon.
