What is included in a tailor-made Flores luxury package?

On the water: the vessel, full crew, chef, all meals on board, snorkeling gear and park logistics. On land: a private driver-guide, boutique accommodation and all transfers. Komodo National Park entrance — IDR 650.000 per person (dated ticket) — is arranged by us and itemized on your quote, so nothing appears at the harbor that was not on paper first.

How many days do I need for Flores and Komodo?

Three to four days covers Komodo National Park properly by private boat. Seven days adds the highlands — sailing first, then overland to the crater lakes. Ten days runs the full island west to east, including the Wae Rebo trek. If you can only decide one thing before contacting us, decide your day count; everything else can be tailored.

When is the best time for a Flores luxury tour?

The dry season runs April to November, and the Flores Sea is at its calmest from April to October — ideal for sailing and diving. April–June and September–November combine fine weather with quieter anchorages. July and August are superb but busiest, and the most requested luxury boats book out months ahead for those weeks.

A crewed boat becomes your hotel, restaurant and vantage point as it moves through Komodo National Park. You choose the hull class and the pace; the crew handles everything else.

The classic format is two to four nights on a private phinisi — ensuite cabins, a shaded teak deck and a dedicated chef. Dawn at Padar before the day boats, dragons mid-morning, an afternoon over the reef, and anchor drop in a bay you share with no one.

Whole-boat rates run USD 1,800–30,000 per night across the fleet. Conditions are best from April to October, when the sea sits calm and visibility stretches past twenty metres.

By land: overland in style

Volcanoes, spider-web rice fields, traditional villages and crater lakes line the Trans-Flores Highway. Our overland journeys cover it with a private driver-guide, boutique stays and a pace set by you.

The full route runs five to seven days between Labuan Bajo and Maumere. You sleep in the best lodge each town offers, eat where your guide's family eats, and stop when the view demands it.

Vehicles are matched to your party: a private Innova with driver from IDR 1.500.000 per day, or a Hiace van from IDR 2.500.000. The Wae Rebo 2D1N trek adds from IDR 3.000.000.
